EB5 Fund, Inc., a business affiliate, is a “regional center,” as such term is defined in 8 CFR 204.6(e), that was approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service on October 23, 2014.

Our Regional Center is approved for a geographic region spanning twenty-three counties in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. We have covered seven business categories, from manufacturing and warehousing to construction, retail and restaurants.

 EB5 Fund, Inc., a business affiliate, is a Rregional Center that has been approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") as an Immigrant Investor Regional Center. Under the EB-5 visa program, immigrant investors may participate in funding our affiliates of EB5 Fund, thereby qualifying for U.S. permanent resident status.
